Perfect Pizza Dough!

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup bread flour

pinch of salt

2/3 cup warm water (40 degrees)

1 1/8 tsp yeast

pinch of sugar

Dissolve sugar and yeast in water, let ferment for 5 mins

whisk flour and salt together

add yeast mixture to flour and kneed for 10 mins 

let prove in a warm area till double in size.

portion and roll out desired amount *i made 3 small 1-2 person pizzas with this recipe

store left over in fridge

roll out and dock add toppings

bake at 500
